Guardiola's side given home tie against Championship strugglers

City will face Championship side Rotherham United at home in the third round of the FA Cup, following the draw on Monday evening.

The game will take place on the weekend beginning January 5th, but is likely to be moved to the Sunday with the Blues facing Liverpool at The Etihad on Thursday, 3rd January.

City haven't won the trophy since Roberto Mancini's side beat Stoke in the 2011 final, but have already been installed as 5/1 favourites with the bookies.
