Do u think that these will go down to citycards? Because i want to go, and i've got 3680.
I thought this was risking it, so i used my dads mates card, which is over 4000. So me and my dad decided, that i will use his mates card, which is adults. And also, if it goes to my level then i will buy mine for the loyalty points, and sell the adult one on, but they will sit on the child ticket seat. If you understand me :P
But if it goes to citycards i wont be able 2 sell it :/
so do u think i'll be able to sell?
Do you mean you've got 3680 points on a SeasonCard? If you do mean that I'd have thought you wouldn't have a problem - you can only get loyalty points on SeasonCards by going to cup matches or away from home, and we normally only take 3000 away because that's the allocation at most grounds. And a good proportion of that 3000 are the same fans who go to most or all the away games, so they're the ones with lots of points who can buy early doors. I recall when I was getting my Schalke ticket last season I was worried because they were asking for 4500 on the first day and 4000 on the second - I'd have to wait for the second day and was worried they would sell out first day (they lasted all week, but that's beside the point). My mate spoke to somebody at the club who said there were less than 1000 fans with more than 4500 points at that time. I still went to the ground an hour before the TO opened. There was me, and a bloke in a Volkswagen Polo - he'd brought a chair! ;-)
So the question for you is how many fans will have SCs with more points than you? Not 7000, I wouldn't think, and that's the allocation we've got at Blackburn.
Having said that, I'm not mucking about, I'm getting mine tomorrow - still not got enough points to buy on the first day. Anyhow, I suspect you'd probably be able to flog an adult ticket at the ground if you need to. Have a word with the fanzine sellers, people tend to approach them.
