Media round-up: City "join chase" for Eden HazardBony linked with return to former club

The Sun on Sunday claim that City will join the fight for Eden Hazard if he leaves Chelsea in the summer. Hazard is struggling for form this season, and is thought to be unsettled at Stamford Bridge. Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in the £80m(!) rated forward, apparently.

The Mirror report that Wilfried Bony has emerged as a "shock" target for Swansea. The Welsh club are looking to sell Jonjo Shelvey to raise funds to bid for the Ivorian, who has scored eight goals for City this season. The report claims that City are, unsurprisingly, "open" to the idea.

Finally, Vincent Kompany had a close escape as the plane he was travelling back from Norwich on veered off the runway at Norwich Airport. The plane suffered problems as it tried to take off but Kompany was unhurt.
